Welcome to the NEW Region X OSHA Training Institute Education Center (OTIEC) Online Institute!
Established in 1995 by the US Department of Labor - OSHA, the Region X OTIEC offers high quality, standards-based OSHA training for both the private sector and federal agencies. The Region X OTIEC Online Institute is offered in cooperation with our sister organization, the University of Washington's Northwest Center for Occupational Health and Safety.
This innovative web-based training service gives our students "anytime, anywhere" access to quality, cost-effective training in six areas:
- Hazardous Materials/Dangerous Goods
- Occupational Safety and Health
- Transportation Safety
- Environmental Compliance
- Emergency Response and Management
- Human Resources

A note about the OSHA Outreach Training Courses (10-Hour):
If you fail a 10-Hour course online, OSHA disqualifies you from completing that 10-Hour training online and you must seek a different means to earn a 10-Hour completion card.
